Jennifer Auer Jordan is a dedicated and experienced trial lawyer. She represents individuals, families, and businesses that have suffered serious harm due to another's negligence, recklessness, or deception.

Her work in the courtroom has resulted in a number of impressive verdicts and settlements, including a multi-million dollar award to Georgia consumers victimized by unfair lending practices. Her reported cases include USA Payday Cash Advance Center #1, Inc. v. Evans, 281 Ga.App. 847 (2006) and Georgia Cash America, Inc. v. Strong, 286 Ga.App. 405 (2007), in which she represented Georgia consumers in multiple class action lawsuits against payday lenders.

In addition to her experience in consumer class action law, Jennifer has handled sensitive matters for individuals and their families involving serious injuries and death resulting from negligence and medical malpractice, as well as cases involving major business fraud and contractual disputes.

In 2007, Jennifer was named to Georgia Trend Magazine's "40 Under 40" list recognizing rising stars in the State based upon her representation of Georgia consumers. She is a member of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2008 and the University of Georgia's Law School Association Council.

Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where she was a member of the Georgia Law Review and the school's award winning National Moot Court Team. At the University of Georgia, Jordan was a member of a number of honorary societies, including the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court, the Order of the Barristers, and the Order of the Coif. After graduating, Jennifer served as a federal law clerk to United States District Court Judge Anthony A. Alaimo. After her clerkship, Jennifer was associated with two prestigious Atlanta law firms known for their trial and appellate advocacy work: Bondurant Mixson & Elmore and The Barnes Law Group.

Jennifer is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, as well as all other trial and appellate courts in the State.
