Page Pate is an accomplished attorney with fifteen years of experience, and an established reputation as one of Georgia's top trial lawyers.

Page served as the Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association in 2007, and was a member of its Board of Directors for several years. For the past two years, Page has been named to Georgia Trend Magazine's Legal Elite, an exclusive list of lawyers identified by their peers as being the best and most effective in the state. Page has also been listed as one of Georgia's Super Lawyers for several years, and he has long maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for any lawyer.

Page was lead counsel in the following published appellate decisions: Raber v. State, 285 Ga 251 (2009); Hall v. Wheeling, 646 S.E.2d 236 (2007); United States v. Street, 472 F.3d 1298 (11th Cir. 2006); Myers v. State, 567 S.E2d 742 (2002); Beall v. State, 555 S.E.2d 788 (2001); Epps v. State, 555 S.E.2d 25 (2001); J.R. Cousin Industries v. Menard, Inc., 127 F.3d 580 (1997).

Prior to starting our firm, Page was employed by two of Atlanta's largest law firms - Smith, Gambrell & Russell and Jones Day. At those firms, Page represented Fortune 50 companies and other large multinational corporations in complex commercial litigation and civil trials. Page graduated with honors from the School of Law at the University of Georgia, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Advocacy. Page received his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was also awarded the Phi Beta Kappa scholarship award for being in the top ten percent of his class.

Page is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court and several Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Page regularly appears before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and in trial courts across the state. Page is a founding member of the Georgia Innocence Project, and an active member of the Federal Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Page is a native of Georgia, and has practiced law in Georgia his entire career.
